Danizerock: quality handmade bedding
This is how Danizerock is made.
Why can’t mites get inside? How are the futons made?
We will show you a part of the process for manufacturing Yamasei’s Anti-Mite Futons.
-

The contents, featuring inner batting that is covered by an inner-liner pouch, are enveloped with a special, high-density woven fabric. (The inner batting is enveloped by an inner-liner pouch, then stitched up and quilted, so the cotton is spread nicely and evenly without bunching.)
To prevent mites from penetrating via the stitching’s needle holes, we anchor and stabilize the side fabric (special high-density woven fabric) and the contents. The closure of the side fabric is fixed and anchored by thermal adhesion. (Other parts of the side fabric are stitched in a special way to further prevent mite penetration.)
This method results in products that mites can never get into, neither via the fabric nor the needle holes. -
The final stage of the production process features a special high-temperature treatment, resulting in a clean, 100% mite-free product. Special high-heat processing treatment is Yamasei’s original manufacturing process, used only for our Anti-Mite Futons. This process is slower than machine manufacturing, so it is never used for ordinary bedding.

These products, carefully and lovingly made one at a time, are placed in a special package for delivery to our customers.
At Yamasei, we create our Anti-Mite Futons with particular care for each of our manufacturing processes with a single purpose: to deter mites. These processes include special stitching used in the side fabrics, a double structure to eliminate quilting from the surface, thermal adhesion, and our special high-temperature treatment, to name just a few. This manufacturing process, which can never be automated, is done manually by skilled craftsmen. Since our futons cannot be mass produced, we ask customers to wait longer than usual after placing an order to have the product delivered.
